What more is there to say? Duck confit pretty much stops me in my tracks on a menu. No need to look any further. This version is perfectly executed. Crisp. Salty. Tender. Delicious. The lemon thyme gravy is pretty spectacular too. I may never try anything else at Niche. Why mess with perfection?
