1 part fish sauce
4 parts water 
2 parts fresh lime juice
2 parts sugar 

fresh chillies (chopped)
fresh garlic (minced/chopped)

mixed together and stir, add chillies and garlic.

this &quot;dressing&quot; can be kept in your fridge for a couple of weeks.  I used this for everything (eggs, salads, meat, fish, etc.)

gavin&#039;s favourite comfort food is fried eggs (crispy over the edges and still soft at the yolk) over top of steamed rice and top with the dressing!  yum yum!</description>
