@Bethany As stated, I used butternut squash, but I can’t see why you couldn’t substitute acorn or buttercup.

I assure you, that peanut butter frosting would be heavenly, just heavenly on a good fudge brownie. I can’t think anything chocolate related that it wouldn’t go with. In fact, after the batch of whoopie pies I made, I had some frosting left over, and I’ve been sneaking spoonfuls of it at least once a day.
